5- Run "OUTRIDERS-Win64-Shipping.exe" as administrator.
6- If the error “Failed to initalize steam” occurs, run the Fix error "Steam.url" file,
   a demo installation window will start. In this window, click "Cancel", or simply
   interrupt the download that has begun.
7- Play.
