XIII is a remake of the first-person shooter developed in 2003 under the same name. The game was released by Microids and created by PlayMagic, a development team that previously worked on series such as Halo, Call of Duty, Crysis, Condemned or Operation Flashpoint. The plot of the game is based on the motives of the French comic strip by Jean Van Hamme. We recognize the protagonist when he wakes up on the sea beach. The protagonist, on whose shoulder the Roman title «thirteen» was tattooed, suffers from amnesia. The main task of the hero is to find out the truth about his personality.
