GRIS is an artistic game. Music, colors… each detail put with another detail turns beautiful. Buuut, it remains a bit repetitive platformer, too calm and repetitive for me at some points. The gameplay is not extraordinary but the sceneries totally are. Just know, before purchasing, that it’s not meant to be dynamic. Artistic platformer first of all. Nothing hard, no enemies, easy riddles… Challenge or performance are not the point here and sometimes it’s so damn great just playing to… play, and enjoy. The worst that can happen to you is you fall and

need to redo everything you just did. The game doesn’t wanna bother you or trap you, it’s just beauty. I especially loved Blue. It’s abstractive, full of poetry, melancholia and sadness. Play it if you like this type of games, and anyway, give it a try cause it’s really stunning. This is not what I personally seek in video games usually, but time to time it’s nice, and GRIS was a really peaceful and touching experience.

GRIS is a game that I had procrastinated for a long time, at first I thought it was just a pretty game about walking, then after playing LIMBO and INSIDE I thought it was just some clone of them, but when I finally came around to playing it I was shocked: this

was the first game to make me cry, I won’t get into the details since I don’t want to spoil the game or bore anyone to death, but it IS a pretty game about walking, and so so much more. Definitely one of my all-time favourites and well worth playing.
